amazing views and quiet location!

great views quiet location comfy bed

i found the views to be really great from my room. the room had large windows that showed the surrounding city. i also liked that the location was quiet, and it was away from busier areas. the hotel had a comfy bed.

the receptionist had a poor attitude, which wasn't the best experience. i felt surprised. by it. i've thought the service should be good.

The hotel provides complimentary water bottles daily. Two bottles were available in my room. the rooms have good space as well. They were large and spacious. a coffee maker with coffee was available.

i had a room with a nice view. the bathroom was also very nice and clean. the american breakfast was good with eggs and bacon. i found the staff very helpful and friendly there.

the hotel had no gym or pool.

great location palace gardens

The location was great. It was close to the subway and within walking distance of the imperial palace. our room had partial views of the imperial palace gardens (i enjoyed the cherry blossoms on the trees!).

the room was small, so moving around with luggage felt a bit cramped.

Really good location and service

prime location excellent service

The hotel enjoys a PRIME location near the station. Taxis are readily available. The atmosphere felt calm and soothing. Staff offered excellent service and were very accommodating.
